My Training Philosophy:

Much of my professional training is grounded in instructional design, human performance improvement, and adult learning theory. For decades, I have worked as an educator of adults across universities, colleges, leadership development initiatives, and coach training programs. My training philosophy centers on meeting learners where they are and partnering with them to co-create a learning journey that reflects who they are, how they learn best, and what they seek from their educational experience.

Who I am:

I am a Leadership and Professional Development expert and Executive Coach with over 35 years’ experience in the public and private sector, as an award-winning leader, author, educator, coach, coach mento and coaching supervisor. I specialize in helping leaders at all levels through transitions through a personalized change management process. Passionate about coaching emerging leaders, teams, and senior leaders in the workplace.  I am a founding partner of Radiance Partners, LLC and wear multiple hats, including Director of Coaching Services, Supervisor, Mentor, and Educator.
